Pat
Pat has lived and worked in Spain for a number of years, during this time she has built a solid knowledge of the rental market, specialising in holiday lets. She has an indepth knowledge of both the Benalmadena area and its rental possibilities. Her effervescent personality ensures all holidaymakers of an enjoyable stay and all owners know that their property is in safe hands.

Gail
Specialising in long term rentals, Gail arrived in Spain in 1976. She has a vast knowledge of the long term rental market all along the coast. She is fluent in Spanish, French and of course English. This means that owners and renters alike obtain the best possible service.

Shane
The newest member of our staff, Shane came to Benalmadena after finishing his studies at Manchester University. Having grown up in Spain, Shane is bilingual in English and Spanish and has become a vital member of our team.

Paul and Amanda
Last but not least are our silent partners, Paul Hodges and Amanda Leigh, who own and manage Sunshine Services, a cleaning and management company working closely with Gapp Properties.
